| Ms. Ludwig joined Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. in 2008. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish. Ms. Ludwig earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Urban and Regional Affairs from the Graduate School of Public & International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. Her experience encompasses comprehensive planning, community planning, economic research and analysis, and community development. Ms. Ludwig prepares neighborhood revitalization plans and redevelopment plans, core area revitalization strategies, comprehensive plans, environmental reviews, and is an expert in HUD’s CDBG program.
Prior to joining Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Ms. Ludwig worked for Oakland Planning and Development Corporation, a non-profit community development corporation in the City of Pittsburgh. She managed their community organizing program and later their real estate and housing development program.
