William Wasielewski, AICP, is a professional staff member at M&L. He is a senior planner with experience in CDBG, HOME, HUD’s Section 202/811 program, comprehensive planning, and neighborhood planning assignments. During his tenure at M&L, Mr. Wasielewski has been responsible for numerous five year consolidated plans. He serves as the firm’s Project Manager for the City of Erie and Westmoreland County. He is familiar with the operations of public housing authorities and has worked extensively with Wheeling Housing Authority’s HOPE VI project. Mr. Wasielewski works out of the firm’s Pittsburgh office.
