Chris Wonders joined Mullin
& Lonergan in 2006. Previously he worked in municipal government with a
focus on planning and community development related programs. From 2003
until 2006, he was the City of Harrisburg's Deputy Director for
Housing. As head of the Housing Bureau, Chris oversaw the City's
Community Development Block Grant and HOME programs focusing on housing
rehabilitation and new construction initiatives as well as financial and
technical support for myriad neighborhood level activities. Prior to
2003, Chris served in the Planning Bureaus of both the City of
Harrisburg, PA, and the City of Evanston, Illinois. In both, he engaged
in neighborhood, comprehensive and regional planning; economic
development activities; and Planning Commission level development
review. Chris is a native of Cumberland County. He attended the
University of Pittsburgh from which he holds a Bachelor's Degree in
Political Science and a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning. |
