M&L provides technical support to local, county, and state governmental grantees who receive federal funding in the form of Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) assistance from HUD.

We specialize in the preparation of documents for submission to HUD such as the annual consolidated plan, performance reports, environmental review records, and analysis of impediments to fair housing.
