Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. was formed in 1965 to meet the needs of public agencies participating in housing, redevelopment and community development projects. Our firm provides planning and development services to housing authorities, redevelopment authorities, local and county government, non-profit organizations and for profit developers. We specialize in the preparation of HUD Consolidated Plans and Analysis of Impediments and in providing technical support to CDBG and HOME recipients. In the past five years, we have completed more than twenty Analysis of Impediments with outstanding results.

Our service area includes Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Virginia, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, and North Carolina. Our offices are located in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia.
