Mr. Geubtner is a principal of Mullin &
Lonergan Associates, and works out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Mr. Geubtner is a certified planner and a licensed real estate
professional. He has directed and participated in many of the firm’s
planning and housing studies. He is thoroughly experienced in HUD’s
CDBG and HOME programs. Mr. Geubtner has performed housing studies and
housing surveys in a variety of settings. He works closely with M&L’s
HUD entitlement clients.
Mr. Geubtner’s versatility and incisive
analysis of the many and varied problems that clients face has resulted
in his direct input and field survey of more than 200 of the company’s
public clients. This experience allows him to apply a variety of
experiences, ideas, and solutions to the needs of our clients.
