Eric Fulmer, AICP
|
Mr. Fulmer is a certified
planner, a licensed real estate professional, and holds a Series 7
securities license. He joined M&L in 1978, became a principal of the
firm in 1988, and has served as the President of Mullin & Lonergan
Associates since 1996. In this capacity, he is responsible for
management and coordination of business development and operations. Mr.
Fulmer is actively involved in economic development, neighborhood
revitalization, community planning, and housing initiatives. He is an
expert in redevelopment and works closely with redevelopment authorities
and housing authorities. Mr. Fulmer works extensively with tax
incremental financing and HUD’s Section 108 loan program. He serves as
one of the firm’s Section 108 loan field consultants for the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fulmer structures financing and raises
equity for projects involving historic tax credits and housing tax
credits. He prepares master plans for the revitalization of mixed use
neighborhoods and assists the firm’s clients in complying with CDBG and
HOME regulatory requirements. |
