Mr. Genga is a professional
planner in M&L’s Philadelphia office. He has participated in planning
assignments in the City of Lebanon and Coal Township. Mr. Genga also
provides housing rehabilitation and inspection services to the firm’s
clients in Somerville, NJ; West Amwell, NJ; and Lambertville, NJ.
Mr. Genga has participated
in the Hampton Roads, VA Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing; the
Delaware Housing Needs Analysis; and the Accomack/ Northampton, VA
Housing Needs Analysis. Mr. Genga assists in administering the Section 8
Housing Choice Voucher Program for M&L’s PHA clients. He works with CDBG
and HOME clients. Mr. Genga has also participated in the preparation of
comprehensive plans and special studies.
