Joseph Hogan
|
Mr. Hogan is the former
president of Mullin & Lonergan Associates, and has been with the firm
since 1966. He is a licensed real estate broker, and an expert in the
fields of economic development, redevelopment and finance. As a
registered securities broker, Mr. Hogan has assisted several communities
with the syndication of low income housing tax credits as a financing
mechanism to provide affordable housing. Mr. Hogan is responsible for
many of the larger Section 108 loan, tax incremental financing, HOPE VI
and housing tax credit development projects carried out by M&L. He
serves as an active participant in M&L’s contractual assignment with the
Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development office to
provide training and technical assistance statewide in the Section 108
Loan Guarantee program. |
