Marjorie Williams is a certified planner based in Mullin & Lonergan Associates’ Pittsburgh office. She was employed by M&L from 1991 to 1994, and returned to work for the firm in 2004. Ms. Williams’ expertise is in planning for affordable housing, with recently completed projects in Gloucester County, Virginia, Iowa City, Iowa, and Georgetown, Texas. She also manages the firm’s fair housing assignments, including preparation of Analyses of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. Recent projects include Iowa City, Iowa, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Williams also manages the preparation of zoning ordinances for the firm’s clients. She has assisted the cities of Morgantown, Charleston, and Weirton in West Virginia with complete updates of their zoning ordinances. Current projects include West Leechburg Borough and Leechburg Borough, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Williams is also a member of the Pennsylvania Planning Association, the Ohio Planning Conference, and the Ohio Conference of Community Development, Inc. She serves as a board member of the Belmont County Fair Housing Commission in her hometown of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
