Marjorie Williams is a certified planner and partner based in the Pittsburgh office of Mullin & Lonergan Associates. She received her Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Williams works with many of M&L’s southwestern Pennsylvania clients as well as most of the firm’s clients located outside of Pennsylvania. She recently managed the completion of 40 Consolidated Plans for HUD communities in 11 states.

Ms. Williams’ expertise in fair housing includes the preparation of Analyses of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. Current and recent projects include Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Joliet, Illinois, Jersey City, New Jersey, Cleveland Heights, Ohio, Cleveland, Ohio, Cuyahoga County, Ohio and Yonkers, New York.

Ms. Williams is a member of the American Planning Association, the Pennsylvania Planning Association, and the National Fair Housing Alliance.
