Michael J. Kearney
|
Mr. Kearney is a principal
of Mullin & Lonergan Associates and is a graduate of Shippensburg
University. He is responsible for managing M&L’s affordable housing
activities, including the provision of multifamily tax credit housing,
single-family development and compliance services. Mr. Kearney works out
of the firm’s Harrisburg office. Mr. Kearney is also the Chief Executive
Officer of M&L Compliance Management (MLCM). In this capacity, Mr.
Kearney is responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of
services. He is an experienced housing and development professional. Mr.
Kearney currently maintains a Pennsylvania Real Estate license. Mr.
Kearney has conducted numerous training courses in both large and small
group settings, and is very knowledgeable in a variety of federal
programs. His tax credit development background is a benefit to clients,
especially when dealing with the overall development / compliance
process and its implications. |
