Michael J. Kearney is President and CEO of Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. and its affiliates. He is an expert in affordable housing and has spent more than 20 years in housing development, including multi-family and single-family housing.

Mr. Kearney has extensive experience in deal structuring including use of Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal Home program funds, Federal Home Loan Bank programs, HUD 202/811 programs, and a variety of other federal and state programs. He has provided technical assistance to non-profits and for-profits to help create thousands of affordable units for renters and homeowners.

In addition to his development expertise, Mr. Kearney has authored several major housing studies including the award-winning Housing Impact Study completed on behalf of The Healthy York County Coalition.

Mr. Kearney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Journalism from Shippensburg University and has been a principal of Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. for more than ten years.
