Patti Williams is an
experienced housing professional and works out of M&L’s Harrisburg
office. She is knowledgeable in the Federal HOME program; Federal Low
Income Housing Tax Credit program; Federal Home Loan Bank AHP Program;
and programs offered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and
Economic Development. Ms. Williams has an in-depth knowledge of market
data research, and is also experienced with Single Family Homeownership
programs. Ms. Williams was previously employed by the Pennsylvania
Housing Finance Agency as a Development Coordinator.
