Thomas J. Lonergan
|
Mr. Lonergan is a principal
and Chief Financial Officer of Mullin & Lonergan Associates. He has over
18 years of experience in the field of housing and financial analysis.
As a registered securities principal, Mr. Lonergan has assisted several
communities with housing tax credit and historic tax credit projects.
Mr. Lonergan is responsible for preparing financial projections and
analyzing real estate development projects. Since 1986, Mr. Lonergan has
served as the program director of the Section 8 Housing Assistance
Payments Program and the Housing Rehabilitation Program in the Borough
of Somerville, NJ. |
