Mr. Finnstrom joined the
Pittsburgh office staff in 2004. He is a graduate of Indiana University
– Bloomington with a degree in Economics. Mr. Finnstrom earned his
Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of
Pittsburgh. His experience encompasses comprehensive planning, economic
research and analysis, and community development. Mr. Finnstrom prepared
neighborhood revitalization plans and redevelopment plans, and is an
expert in HUD’s CDBG program.
Prior to joining M&L, Mr.
Finnstrom served as an associate with EPD, and also worked with East
Liberty Development, Inc. on housing, planning, redevelopment, and real
estate predevelopment packaging.
